How Is Butt Implant Augmentation Performed?
Implant-based buttock augmentation involves making a vertical skin incision of approximately 4–5 cm in the crease between the buttocks. A pocket is then created deep within the central layer of the gluteal muscles, where the buttock implant is precisely inserted to enhance the volume and firmness of sagging buttocks.
Before surgery, BongBong Plastic Surgery performs a 3D analysis of the hip and body shape and evaluates the development of the gluteal muscles in order to select the buttock implant most suitable for each individual’s body proportions.
