It took me a really long time to research breast augmentation and finally decide to go ahead with it. Now that I’ve had it done at a great clinic with a wonderful surgeon, I’m so happy with the results! I chose Motiva implants without the chip and had them placed through incisions in my armpits. I went from an 80A to an 80C! What I love most is that they’re not too big. They really suit my frame, and I’m happy every time I look at them. My upper body is quite slim, and my breasts used to be noticeably different sizes, which made getting dressed really frustrating. That’s been corrected, and I have more volume too. I’m so happy! I also had an inverted nipple on the right side corrected during the surgery, along with some extra breast tissue removed from my underarm area and fat transfer. A huge thank-you to the doctor for explaining everything so thoroughly, and to Jimin, my patient coordinator, for being so kind and attentive. I’m still going in for follow-up care, and the aftercare has been amazing too!
So happy with my tummy tuck!

I’d already had three abdominal surgeries, so I really didn’t want to go under the knife again. I’d had my appendix removed years ago and delivered both of my children by C-section. I initially went to Bongbong looking into fixing my belly button and repairing my separated abdominal muscles, but the surgeon recommended a tummy tuck. I’d been exercising, so I didn’t have much fat on my stomach. But my abdominal muscles had separated, which meant my stomach sagged when I relaxed, and the skin wrinkled when I tightened it. My belly button also stuck out between the separated muscles. I was really unhappy with how my stomach looked. Still, I was scared, and the cost was a lot to think about. But Dr. Kim Young-eun made me feel confident about going ahead. During the first week, when I couldn’t stand up straight, I did wonder whether I’d made a mistake. The incision was long too. But now, three weeks later, I keep thinking how glad I am that I did it! I didn’t have abdominal liposuction, and I think the surgery took about two and a half hours. Bongbong may be known for breast augmentation, but they do a great tummy tuck too!

These are my before photos. My breasts weren’t something I was particularly self-conscious about, but as I got older, I started thinking it would be nice to have a little more volume. Then I suddenly decided to go for it! Dr. Lee, my patient coordinator Yeonwoo, and everyone in the operating room were so incredibly kind. They made the whole experience feel comfortable. It’s only been about seven hours since surgery, and I’m already writing this review. Thank you for making me feel so at ease! I had 300 cc implants placed on each side through armpit incisions. I also had fat transfer to add some fullness to the upper part of my breasts and fill in areas that needed it, plus some extra breast tissue removed from my underarms. I’m still wrapped up, so I can’t really see the results yet, but I’m relieved that the size seems to suit my body without being too much. I’m going back to the clinic tomorrow, and I’ll post another update at one week!
Day three after breast augmentation!

I’d been thinking about breast augmentation since I was 20, but there was always something about it that scared me. Even after booking the surgery, I kept wondering whether I was making the right decision. I could barely sleep the night before. Someone I know recommended Dr. Park Sung-soo, and honestly, I’m so glad I trusted him and went through with it! I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt so grateful that I wanted to share my experience. I got 220 cc Motiva implants on each side through armpit incisions. I still have the upper compression band and tape on, so I haven’t had a proper look yet, but they already seem to fit my body beautifully. Before surgery, I read reviews from people saying they had no pain, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but I haven’t had any breast pain either. It’s honestly amazing! It really made me appreciate Dr. Park’s skill and understand why he came so highly recommended. Other than being careful when lifting my arms for the first few days and feeling a little restricted by the compression band, I’ve been able to go about my daily life just fine. Yesterday, on day two, I even went out for coffee with a friend. She’s usually really observant, but she didn’t notice a thing! I couldn’t resist telling her I’d had my breasts done the day before, and she was genuinely shocked that I seemed so completely fine. If you’ve been hesitating like I was, I’d wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Park based on my experience. I’m only three days out, but even a simple zip-up tracksuit looks different on me now. I can’t wait to heal, get this band off, and try all the pretty clothes I’ve always wanted to wear! Thank you so, so much, Dr. Park Sung-soo!
Six-month update after Motiva breast augmentation

Right after surgery, I kept wishing time would go faster, and now I’m already six months out! Most of the swelling has gone down, and the shape has settled beautifully. I’m so, so happy with the results. Before surgery, my breasts were noticeably different sizes, and it really bothered me. They’re not a perfect match now, but they’re so much more even in both size and shape. They look beautiful! They feel really good too—like they’re genuinely part of my body. I don’t think anyone would know I’d had surgery unless I told them. The scars in my armpits have faded so much that they’re barely visible. The scar laser treatments at the clinic made a noticeable difference. I live outside Seoul, so I couldn’t go in very often, but I had laser treatment whenever I went for a follow-up and kept using the scar cream at home. Now the marks hardly show at all. The results are so good that I’m really glad I did it, and I feel like I chose the right clinic. Traveling to Seoul was exhausting, but I’m so grateful to my surgeon for doing such a wonderful job!
My breast revision surgery experience
Revision Breast Surgery
★★★★★

I had my surgery in April, and I’m now four months out. Dr. Kang Min-gu performed my revision surgery. After my previous breast augmentation, I developed capsular contracture, and my breasts sat too close together in the middle. This time, I got 265 cc Motiva Demi implants, and I’m so happy with how they look and feel. Dr. Kang was incredibly kind and thorough throughout the process. I really wish I’d gone to Bongbong for my first surgery. More people need to know about this clinic! And a big thank-you to Jimin, my patient coordinator, too!
My honest one-year update

I had consultations at three or four clinics known for breast augmentation before choosing Bonbon, and I’m so happy I did. They feel so natural that you wouldn’t know I’d had surgery. I was really worried about the pain, but I felt so fine afterward that I even went to a gaming café and played games! I had armpit incisions, and the scars have completely faded. I’m so, so happy with the results. Now I understand why people say breast augmentation is one of the most satisfying cosmetic procedures! Dr. Lee Jin-wook and all the patient coordinators were so kind. The clinic is clean, and the atmosphere is really welcoming.

I went from a full A cup to a D cup!!!

Two months after surgery I’ve always had fairly wide hips, so my chest used to look small in comparison. Feeling so out of proportion was something I was really self-conscious about. After thinking about it for ages, I finally worked up the courage to book a consultation. They happened to have an opening for surgery that same day, so I thought, “It’s now or never!” and went for it. At the consultation, Dr. Lee Jun-wook said a larger implant size would balance out my hips, but we both felt that going that big would be a bit too much. We settled on roughly a D cup as a size that would look good and could be done safely. I went by myself and was so scared, but Yeonwoo, my patient coordinator, took care of absolutely everything. She stayed by my side, reassuring me that I’d be okay and that I’d be so happy with the results afterward. She was such a huge source of support, and I’m still incredibly grateful. To be honest, I was in so much pain during the first month that I couldn’t even appreciate the results. I couldn’t tell how the surgery had turned out or see how pretty they were. But after the first month, the pain eased up a lot, and I finally started noticing how good they looked. Since then, all I can think is how glad I am that I did it! It was also a lot of money, so during that painful first month, I did have moments of thinking, “What have I done?” But now I’m genuinely so happy. I still have to wear a post-surgery support bra, which limits what I can wear, but every time I see my body without clothes, I love how it looks. I keep checking myself out in the mirror! I’m counting down the days until I can stop wearing the support bra. I’m also looking forward to being able to touch and move them more freely—and bring them together for some cleavage! Right now, I’m still nervous it might hurt, and the implants are pretty determined to stay where they are, so I can’t bring them together much yet. But everything I wear looks different now. Every outfit just looks better! Thank you so much, Dr. Lee Jun-wook, for such beautiful results. They seem to look better every day. And a huge thank-you to Yeonwoo for taking such good care of me throughout that first month. I had so many questions and probably talked her ear off, but she was always there for me. If the cost is what’s holding you back, I honestly don’t think you’ll regret it. I’m completely happy with my results. They look so beautiful and natural! Thank you again!

At one month, I don’t have any pain at all! As the swelling goes down, I’m starting to see the shape more clearly, and they’re getting softer too. The only uncomfortable part was wearing the compression band and post-surgery bra. They really limited what I could wear. Other than that, everything’s been great! I was so happy the day I could take the band off that I actually screamed! Just being free of that band made such a difference. Starting at one month, the clinic also offers treatments to help the breasts soften. I go once a week, and they put a device on my chest while I lie down for about 40 minutes. It’s amazing how much softer they feel afterward! The staff who do the treatments are lovely too. Now I feel like I just need to stay on top of my scar care. Bongbong has been great! Thank you to Jimin and Dr. Kang for taking the time to talk everything through with me and look after me, and to everyone else at the clinic too! In the photo, I’m wearing a bra I used to wear before surgery. It feels a little small now!
Day one after hybrid breast augmentation with Motiva
Breast Surgery
★★★★★

It’s my first day after hybrid breast augmentation with Motiva implants. I’d never really been interested in breast augmentation, but then a few people around me had it done, and their results looked so natural. I was impressed by how far the techniques had come, so I booked a consultation and went ahead without visiting any other clinics. Before surgery, the lead surgeon carefully assessed my body, and I decided to trust his recommendation. The clinic has so much experience with breast augmentation and really specializes in it. Even the detailed preoperative tests made everything feel professional and reassuring. I’m a huge scaredy-cat, so I was really nervous on the day. But Dr. Park Sung-soo and Yeonwoo took such good care of me, and everything went smoothly. I was surprised by how quickly it was over and how little it hurt. My period was coming up, so the sensation was more like a stronger version of the breast tenderness I get before my period. Even that settled down after I took the prescribed pain medication. I bruise so easily that even mosquito bites leave marks, so I was really worried about bruising. But I didn’t have any! There weren’t any bandages either, and it didn’t seem like there had been any bleeding. Just looking at me, you’d almost wonder whether I’d even had surgery. It really made me appreciate the difference experience makes. Thank you!

I’m in my mid-40s, and after having two children, my breasts had lost their shape and started to sag. It really affected my confidence. I’d been thinking about breast augmentation for years, but seeing the results on someone close to me finally gave me the push to do it. As a working mom, I didn’t have time to visit lots of clinics, so I went for a consultation, booked a date, and went for it! My breasts were uneven, had no fullness at the top, and had sagged so much. I’m writing this because I’m truly grateful to Dr. Kang for giving me back a shape I feel good about. Thank you for the thorough aftercare too!

I’m about a month out from Motiva breast augmentation with Dr. Park Sung-soo, who was recommended by someone I know. Her results looked so good that I went in for a consultation, put down a deposit, and booked my surgery right away. When the day arrived, though, I was so nervous. Being put under general anesthesia and knowing it was a major surgery really got to me. But the operating room staff held my hand and helped me relax, and the next thing I knew, it was all done. I rested for about two hours before going home. I actually asked to leave because I wasn’t in any pain. I couldn’t believe how little it hurt! Once I got home, I ate, cleaned, and did the things I needed to do. Starting the next day, I went for regular walks, ate well, and drank tea that was supposed to help with swelling. I’m now one month and 10 days out, and I’m happy with the results. I wanted a natural look, so I got 245 cc and 230 cc implants through armpit incisions and had some extra breast tissue removed from my underarm area. I’m looking forward to them looking even more natural as time goes on. Once I get through the scar treatments, I think everything will be just right. If you’re thinking about it, I’d definitely recommend Bongbong!

It’s been one week and one day since I had breast augmentation with 300 cc BellaGel implants and removal of extra underarm breast tissue with Dr. Kang! At my consultation, Yeonwoo was so kind and answered every question I had. Dr. Kang was lovely too and took the time to go through everything carefully. I was so impressed that I booked my surgery that day! On the day of surgery, Dr. Kang put so much care into planning the shape and placement. My breasts were slightly different sizes, and he kept checking the fit with the implants to get them as even as possible. I really appreciated how much attention he gave it. I’m easily scared, so I was shaking in the operating room. The anesthesiologist and nurses reassured me and said, “Just have a good sleep, and you’ll wake up with beautiful breasts.” And they were right! I haven’t had any pain since the day of surgery. It’s honestly amazing. When I woke up, Dr. Kang told me everything had gone well, and Yeonwoo looked after me from the moment I opened my eyes until I went home. I felt so cared for. Since surgery, I’ve been able to get back to my normal daily life without any major pain. Just looking at the results makes me happy. I’m so pleased! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I couldn’t decide between 300 cc and 325 cc, so I trusted Dr. Kang to make the final choice. And the size is absolutely perfect. I’ve basically become Bongbogn’s biggest fan. I can’t stop telling people how happy I am! I’ll be back with another update once the bandages are off and I can wear pretty bras. Thank you again, Dr. Kang. This really feels like a fresh start!

I’m back with a quick update! They feel even more natural now, and the shape keeps looking more natural too. Other than a tiny bit of tenderness when I press on them, I have almost no pain—although I didn’t have much to begin with. The redness in my scars has faded quite a bit, and I’m planning to start scar treatments next month. During the day, I wear a sports bra or a wireless bra, and I’m still wearing my post-surgery support bra as much as I can. I’m so happy with everything. I’ll be back with another update!

A fresh start in my mid-40s
Breast Surgery

I can’t believe I’m finally at this point. I waited until my mid-40s to have breast augmentation. Someone I know had hers done at Bongbong, and her results looked so beautiful that I finally decided to go ahead with the surgery I’d been putting off for years. And the result? A 200% success! From the thoughtful consultations with my patient coordinator and Dr. Kang Min-u before surgery to the continued care and attention afterward, the whole experience has been wonderful. They didn’t just give me beautiful results—they made me feel truly cared for. That’s what Bongbong Plastic Surgery has been like for me. It feels like I’m starting a whole new chapter in my mid-40s. I’ve been so happy and excited lately that it’s hard to put into words. They look great and feel great too. Thank you again, Dr. Kang Min-gu!
Four-month update with Motiva
Breast Surgery
★★★★★

Hi everyone! I’m back with my four-month Motiva update. The shape and feel have become much more natural. My scars are still a little red, so I’m applying scar ointment every day. I’m planning to start scar treatments once the redness fades a bit more. Other than an occasional sharp twinge on the left side, I hardly have any pain. I was told to keep wearing my post-surgery bra at night until the six-month mark, so I’ve been sticking to that. Most of the firmness has gone away, and I’m really happy with how quickly they’ve softened. The extra volume makes such a difference to how my clothes fit, and it’s definitely boosted my confidence! We originally discussed 310 cc implants, but my surgeon recommended 360 cc. I was a little worried that might be too big, but now I’m so glad I went with his recommendation. I’m really happy with the results!
My breast augmentation at Bongbong
Breast Surgery
★★★★★

I had breast augmentation with implants at Bongbong, and I wanted to share a few thoughts for anyone considering it. I’m in my late 40s and spent a very long time thinking about it before finally deciding to have surgery. I imagine most of us have similar worries beforehand. The lack of pain honestly surprised me. I don’t know if I was just lucky, but it felt more like the soreness you get after doing a workout you’re not used to. I had armpit incisions, but I could use my arms comfortably from the day of surgery. I’d been self-conscious about having a small chest my whole life, so I wanted to go fairly big. Unfortunately, my rib cage is narrow, which limited how large the implants could be. Still, my surgeon chose the largest size he felt would work for me, and the results look beautiful. I do wish they were a little bigger, but if that was the limit, there wasn’t much I could do. I just have to remember where I started! Around day five, they started feeling less tight and a little softer. I haven’t pressed on them much because I’m still nervous. They seem to be getting better every day, and I’m excited to see how they look at one month!
Three-month update
Breast Surgery
★★★★★

Hi everyone! It’s been three months since my breast augmentation, so I wanted to share how things are going. They feel much more natural to the touch now. Even when I exercise, I can move freely, and they feel much more like part of my own body. At first, I couldn’t really run, and when I tried, the implants felt stiff and fixed in place. It didn’t feel natural at all. But now that three months have passed, things feel so much better. There were also some firm areas around the breast tissue that I could feel earlier on, but those have softened and gone away. I’m not quite ready to wear regular bras yet, so I mostly wear sports bras. I was told to wait another two months before wearing regular bras, even wireless ones. The incision marks underneath my breasts are more pronounced than I expected, so I’m starting laser treatment today, at my three-month appointment. Each treatment only takes about five to 10 minutes. I’ll need to come in roughly once a month, so now I feel like I can focus on helping the scars fade. At three months, I’m really happy with both how they feel and how they look!
